Who we are

ProgressorAI is operated from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide smart websites, custom CRM and AI-assisted workflow services for small businesses, as well as execution-control software for operations teams.

What we collect

When you submit a website review, pilot request, or other intake form, we collect the information you choose to enter, such as your name, company, email, optional phone number, website, business needs, current tools, and message. We also collect limited attribution and technical information needed to understand which page or campaign produced a request. We do not send raw form contents to advertising analytics.

AI voice calls

Our Canadian small-business number is answered by an AI concierge, not a live person. At the start of a call, the concierge identifies itself and asks for consent before processing the conversation. If you continue, our voice provider, Retell AI, processes the call so the concierge can respond and prepare a short structured follow-up summary. We configure the service not to retain the call recording or full transcript after the call. ProgressorAI receives only the contact and business details you confirm, the consent result, and a structured summary needed for written follow-up.

If you do not consent, the concierge will not qualify or create a lead. You can instead use the website form or email us directly. We do not provide live call transfers or promise a callback through this line.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare a website or workflow review, qualify the requested scope, maintain the written follow-up thread, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel in the browser and the Meta Conversions API on the server to measure whether an advertisement resulted in a submitted request and to deduplicate the browser and server copies of the same Lead event. At submission time, if the Meta Pixel has already set first-party browser or click identifiers (_fbp or _fbc), we may send those identifiers to Meta together with the page URL, browser user agent, and IP address. We also send a normalized SHA-256-hashed email address and, only when a valid phone number was voluntarily provided, a normalized SHA-256-hashed phone number. We use these identifiers for advertising attribution, measurement, and event deduplication. We do not send your name, company, website, selected needs, message, or other raw form contents to Meta.

Service providers and storage

Structured requests and follow-up records are stored in our Supabase backend with row-level access control. Retell AI processes consented voice calls. Our hosting, email, database, and voice providers process information only as needed to operate these services under their own contractual and security terms. Only authorized ProgressorAI personnel can view submitted requests.

Retention

We retain form submissions, structured voice summaries, and related written follow-up for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required for an active customer relationship or by law. Retell is configured not to retain recordings or full transcripts after the call. You can request earlier deletion.

Your rights (PIPEDA / GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent for future contact. We will respond within 30 days unless the law permits or requires a different period.
